How soon before a vehicle is needed should I reserve it online?

While there is no specific time required we do recommend at the very least 3 hours prior to the time your vehicle is needed for pickup. During peak hours we suggest a minimum of 4. However if a vehicle is needed immediately, we suggest calling our office at (866) WCTRANS and speaking with one of our team members to ensure availability.  

Can I book a large group online?

While it is possible to do, we do recommend emailing your request and allowing our event coordinator an opportunity to review your needs and respond with suggestions and or questions to make sure we are addressing all your needs. 

Do you offer larger vehicles like vans and buses?

Absolutely, we work with a network of the most professional companies in the industry providing the latest models in Sprinter Vans as well as Shuttle and Charter Buses of all sizes. Keep in mind we do suggest you booking at least 7 days prior to these vehicles being needed. 

How can I open up a personal or corporate account with WC Transportation?

While we want to thank you in advance for the opportunity of starting a business relationship with you, simply email our office or call (866) WCTRANS and we will be more than happy to walk you through the process. What if I needed to change or cancel my reservations?

If you need to make any changes or even cancel your reservation entirely, please call our office at (866) WCTRANS and we will be glad to assist you with your changes.

How are you and your team preparing for concers like Covid 19?

We are working very hard to maintain the cleanest environemnt in our vehicles and promoting safety with our entire team. This means we will ensure that we are all sanitizing the interior and exterior of our vehicles after each usage among other things. We will continue to monitor the latest findings according to the CDC and impliment any necesseray procdures to continue making your ride stress free and safe.
